We currently offer shipping within Canada. If you are looking for shipping outside of Canada, please send us a message via the Contact page and we would be happy to give you a quote.

If you would like your item shipped, please add shipping at checkout. You are then able to select Canada and the provice you would like your item shipped too.

We also offer local pickup from our home in Parkland County. Please select Alberta, then local pickup in the shipping option at checkout so that we know you will be picking up your order!
Our products are made with the utmost attention to detail and quailty control. All products are meticulously inspected throughout the build process.

Products can be exchanged if there is a defect in the material or workmanship within 30 days. Items must be returned in new condition and packaged well for the return. Shipping cost and packaging is the customer's responsilbity, if required.

We are not responsible for misuse, neglect or exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity.

Pleases notify us right away if a product was damaged in shipping or an item was lost in the mail.

ENGRAVING - Due to the custom nature of personalized engraving we do not offer refunds after an engraved order has been placed.
